By accessing or using Shcheinim, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Standards. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Listings, jobs, rides, tool lending, and similar features connect neighbors with one another. Shcheinim is a platform only—we do not employ providers, verify every listing, or guarantee outcomes. You interact with other members at your own risk and should use sound judgment, especially for in-person meetings, payments, and children’s safety.
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, spam, or content that violates our Community Standards. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that we believe violates these Terms or harms the community.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shcheinim and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the service or interactions with other members.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
